  1. Payment may be made by cash, cheque or major credit card.
  2. Reservations will be held on a credit card, payment processed on check-in.
  3. Reservations cancelled without at least 72 hours notice will be billed for one night.
  4. No-shows will be billed for the full reservation.
  5. Check-in time is after 3:00PM, and check-out is 11:00AM or earlier.
  6. Alternative pre-arrangements can be made.
  7. The daily rate includes all taxes, on-site parking, and full breakfasts for 2.
  8. The entire house is non-smoking, but it is allowed on the grounds.
  9. Sorry, but we are not equipped to board small pets and children.
  10. The house has free wireless high-speed internet service.
  11. A house phone is free, as is central cable television and CD, DVD and VHS players.
  12. The Hunt has special rates for stays of 2 and more nights.
